    Yes, we have a parking garage.

  • What is the parking fee?

    $250/month

  • Does the building have a security system?

    Yes the building does for the front door and cameras in the common area.

  • What amenities do the apartment include?

    Dishwasher, washer/dryer, A/C vents in all homes, Instant hot-water tanks, Balcony in every home.

  • Is your property pet-friendly?

    Yes we are pet-friendly

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?

    Monthly Pet rent – non-refundable. $40/month per pet – max 2 pets.

  • Do you offer bike storage?

    Yes, we have complimentary bike storage for residents.

  • Do you have storage units available?

    Yes for $50/month.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    No smoking is allowed on property.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Through our resident portal called Henri.

Application Process

  • What are the application criteria?

    Income Requirements: Your gross income must be 2.5x your Monthly Rent

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    24-72 hours but this can vary depending on individual screening.

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?

    We do! Our shortest lease term is 6 months.

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    You can hold an apartment by completing an application ($62/person) and paying the $99 holding fee (which is then used towards your future security deposit of $500).

  • Are there any move-in charges?

    Yes. $401 (remaining security deposit), 10% of monthly rent cleaning fee, and prorated parking, pet, and monthly rent.

  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?

    Utilities are due to Seattle City Lights for electricity and Billing Associates Group for Water/Sewer/Garbage/Gas.

Resident Life

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?

    Yes you do have to sort recycling and garbage.

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?

    Directly to Seattle City Lights for Electricity and Billing Associates Group for Water/Sewer/Garbage/Gas.

  • What is the guest policy?

    Guests are permitted, please meet them at the front door and escort them to your apartment.

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Monday-Friday and after-hours in case of an emergency.

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    We have a 24/7 after-hours emergency line 509.902.0821

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes. Depending on your preferred company this can be anywhere from $7-$16/month.

  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    Henri resident portal, Cashier’s check, Money order, or Personal check.
